.com, .net, .org: usually within minutes. .africa: up to 24 hours. .com.na and .na: 1–3 business days (manual NIC-NA processing). We will notify you as soon as your domain is active.

If registered with us — we do it automatically. If registered elsewhere, update your nameservers to ns1.yanahosts.africa and ns2.yanahosts.africa. DNS changes take up to 48 hours to propagate globally.

Yes. Request your EPP/auth code from your current registrar, then contact us to initiate the transfer. ICANN requires a 60-day lock period after recent domain changes. Transfer fees apply.

We accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to our Bank Windhoek business account. Payment details are provided on your invoice. Please use your unique order reference number as the payment reference so we can match your payment.

We send reminders before and after expiry. Accounts not renewed within 7 days of expiry may be suspended. Accounts not renewed within 30 days may be terminated and data deleted. Contact us if you are having difficulty — we will work with you.

Yes — all hosting plans include free Let's Encrypt SSL certificates for your domains. SSL is configured automatically and renews every 90 days.

Business, Professional, and Enterprise plans include daily automated backups retained for 7 days. Starter plan clients should maintain their own backups. We strongly recommend all clients keep their own regular off-site backups regardless of plan.
